Currently only the Property, Member, Office, and Open House resources have validation rules defined. The user is returned a hash code with the result rule set. The hash code can be supplied in future rule requests by the user to determine whether they have the latest version of the rules. If the rules for the requested resource have not changed (hash codes match), no results are returned.
